High School Curriculum
Year 7 studies
Students are required to study the core subjects of:
Religious Education, English, Mathematics, Science, Technologies, Health & Physical Education, Humanities & Social Sciences, Languages (French, German or Japanese) and Arts (Art, Drama or Music)
Year 8 studies
Students are required to study the core subjects of:
Religious Education, English, Mathematics, Science, Technologies, Health & Physical Education, Humanities & Social Sciences, Languages (French, German or Japanese) and Arts (Art, Dance, Drama or Music)
Year 9 studies
Students are required to study the core subjects of:
Religious Studies, English, Mathematics, Science, Health & Physical Education and History
Plus four Semester units of the following electives:
Art, Business Computing, Dance, Design & Technology, Drama, Journalism and Desktop Publishing, Introduction to Computer Programming, French, German, Graphic Technology, Food Technology, Japanese, Wood Technology, Media Studies, Metal Technology, Music or Textiles Technology.
Year 10 studies
Students are required to study the Core Subjects of:
Religious Studies, English, Mathematics, Science, Health & Physical Education, and History
Plus three semester units from any two of these electives:
Art, Law, Politics & Society, Economics, Business & Entrepreneurship, Business Computing, Dance, Design & Technology, Drama, PE elective, Journalism and Desktop Publishing, French, German, Japanese, Graphic Technology, Food Technology, Geography, History, Media Studies, Metal Technology, Music, Textile Technology and Wood Technology.
