Subject Coordinator – Health and Physical Education

1.0FTE, on-going, commencing 2025

A Subject Coordinator at Daramalan College is responsible for the leadership and administration of a department in alignment with the Vision and Strategic Plan of the College.

Pastoral Care Advisor (Year 7 and 8)

1.0FTE, on-going, commencing January 2025

A Pastoral Care Advisor is responsible for leading and facilitating the safety, health, well-being and development of students in Years 7 and 8 in their House. They are responsible for the day to day support of these students as well as the organisation and facilitation of various activities involving students in Years 7 and 8. The Pastoral Care Advisor is responsible for participating in the leadership, development and promotion of the ethos and character of this Catholic school established by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart (MSC). A Pastoral Care Advisor at Daramalan College is a facilitator of the spirit of Family at Daramalan College.

Casual Relief Teaching

The College has a register of relief teachers who cover classes for those on leave or attending Professional Learning etc. If you would like to be considered for relief work please send your resume in the first instance to the Deputy Principal at james.keeley@daramalan.act.edu.au

Teachers must be registered with ACT TQI, hold a current ACT Working With Vulnerable People Card.


Casual Support Staff

From time to time, the College has non-teaching staff absent from normal duties because of illness and various other commitments. If you are interested in filling temporary and casual vacancies please send your resume, indicating the type of role you are interested in, (e.g. Teacher Assistant, Administration, Canteen, First Aid etc.) to the Office Manager at Corinne.Kelly@Daramalan.act.edu.au
